Mazda Bongo Friendee
We have replaced our old Bongo with this newly refurbished hard top van.
Camper Van Spec
We have chosen the Mazda Bongo Camper Van hard top as it is compact, economical and easy to drive on the Isle of Mull's single track roads. The hard top is superior to the soft top as we found the pop up soft top was damp and musty, noisy in the wind and sometimes the midgies would creep in! Not so with the hard top! Although the sleeping area in the roof space is smaller and more suited to a child, it does mean you can store your luggage up there when you are on the move which you couldn't do with the pop up soft top. It is warmer, more midge proof and less prone to being rocked around by the wind.
Length 4.60 Mtrs
Height 2.60 Mtrs
Width 1.70 Mtrs
4 travelling seats
Please note the van is best suited to a couple although there are 2 sleeping areas so it is possible to sleep a child or 2 in the roof space if you don't mind a squash.
The Rock and Roll bed is very comfy and a little larger than a single bed. The roof space measures 47cm high, 260cm long and 135cm wide, custom made mattress.
We provide a tent for extra space if needed.
