Please note: Petrol stations during business hours can be found in Tobermory, Salen, Craignure and between Bunessan and Fionnphort. Don't get caught short! A full tank should last you around 250 miles.
Lochbuie in the South of Mull is a tranquil haven just awaiting discovery and Lochbuie Estate has created and maintained car-parks and walks around the area as well as a site for Wild Camping. There is also 24 hour access to a toilet and there is a suggested donation of £5 for staying overnight. It is also where you will find Mull's best Farm shop and Tea Room, the Old Post Office , a shop selling home baking, light lunches, crafts, drinks, teas and coffees and meat from the estate. This is the ideal place to spend a night or 2.

Please note that Lochbuie House is a private residence so please observe the footpath signs, keep dogs under control and maintain the Scottish Outdoor Access Code.
Around the Southern side of Loch Na Keal is a popular spot for Camper Vanners as there are a few flat grassy spots on which to park up for a picnic. A stunning location, amazing views, lots of sea and sky :). While you're there you could shin up the mighty Ben More, Mull's only Munro, a 5 hour walk up and down roughly but please check the forecast as the weather at the top can be brutal for the unprepared.
